All personal information we gather is sent to us by you, directly and voluntarily by email or telephone. Your personal information is used to perform background checks, and to submit you forward to various childcare and tuition positions you have applied for. As our industry is a childcare industry and directly involves children, this information is vital receive so we can perform background checks on all applicants to make sure we are complying with safeguarding regulations.

Your personal information is only ever shared with the following:

Partner Agencies – Wright Childcare and International Nannies, Paris. We work very closely with these Agencies and many of our positions are shared. We will only share your information with these Agencies if the job you apply for is directly connected, and you will be informed if your personal information is to be shared with either Agency.

Clients - Any of the personal information you provide to us may be shared with clients of the positions you apply for. This is vital to making your application.

For Clients, your personal information is only ever shared with prospective candidates, and only after you have given the Agency consent.

KEEPING YOUR PERSONAL DATA SECURE

We’re committed to keeping your personal data secure and have put in security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

HOW LONG WE WILL KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR

We will retain your personal data for an indefinite period in order to contact you regarding future jobs that you may wish to apply for.
